Reward Pilates

At ReWard Pilates, we use the power of movement to ReAlign, ReBalance, and ReWard. We run a Pilates for Runners class at the Hall which focuses on strengthening the core stabilising muscles to help you maintain good form and alignment, helping prevent injuries and improve performance. We use the APPI method of Pilates, the only Pilates program that has been fully designed and developed by physiotherapists. Pre-booking is essential.
